FlowPilot AI is a business automation product that helps companies respond to incoming contacts, automatically generate commercial proposals, and perform client follow-ups using artificial intelligence. The current Website presents the product, offers an interactive demonstration, and allows you to join a private early-access waitlist.

The interactive demo generates illustrative, AI-produced content for demonstration purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice. The product is under active development and features may change.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting the waitlist form.
• You are responsible for the content of any text you submit to the interactive demo.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Website.
• You agree not to use the Website on behalf of another person without authorisation.

When using the Website, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or networks.

Any text you submit to the demo remains yours; by submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the service.

The Website and demo are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowPilot AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website or any AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the GDPR or mandatory consumer protection rules.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data (including analytics via Google Analytics and PostHog, and waitlist data). Please review it carefully.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
