FlowPilot AI is a business automation product that helps companies respond to contacts, generate proposals, and follow up with clients automatically. This policy applies to our marketing website and waitlist.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Waitlist form data: the name, business type, and email address you voluntarily submit when joining our private waitlist.
• Usage & analytics data: pages viewed, clicks, interactions with the interactive demo, approximate location (derived from IP), browser, device type, operating system, and referrer.
• Cookies & local storage: identifiers used to measure analytics and remember preferences (see Section 7).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data and do not sell your personal information.

We use PostHog for product analytics to measure how visitors interact with the Website (page views and events such as demo and waitlist interactions). We retain waitlist information for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and contact you about the product, or until you request its deletion.
